Jocelyn came to my home at the designated time and gave my house a thorough inspection, both inside and out. She was very professional but also friendly. She answered all my questions and proved to be very knowledgeable about pest control. She set traps outdoors and in the basement. She also sprayed insecticide to kill earwigs by the front and back door. The front stoop looks like a battlefield. Lots of dead earwigs. Jocelyn also advised me to contact her if I see any additional mice in November, due to a possible second infestation brought on by cold weather. I can't say enough good things about her. She deserves a raise!
