Not really satisfied at this time. Not necessarily the fault of the guys doing the work. I paid a full May's payment of $250.00 for 1/2 a month (2 cuts) but agreed to do it because of the shrub work that needed to be done. The guys showed up the first time and had not been told about how much the shrubs need to be cut and did not bring a pole saw to trim the property line shrubs. They cut the house shrubs part of the way down as agreed so they would not die. They did not have to mow very much at all. They cleaned up well. They showed up the day after Memorial Day and had a different truck and still no pole saw. Agreed not to cut the house shrubs this time due to them already being shocked from the first cutting but still no trimming of the property line shrubs. Mowed everything. Seems to be a lack of communication between estimator and manager who had pictures of what to do and the guys doing the work.
