I have been using B&B ever since I moved into my new house in 2014. Every year I re-evaluate
all my service maintenance companies. Plumbing, electrical, lawn, pest control, security, painters, etc., etc.. I say if it ain't broke don't fix it, -or- if something works for you, keep it.... And so it goes with B&B, they have shown themselves as reliable, honest, friendly, and professional grade. Able to get the job done and done right the first time. Office staff extremely helpful every time I call.
This is Jamaal's second visit to do my termite inspection. He impressed me last year with his knowledge of the business, and this year he enlighten me to the different types of termites, (45) different species grouped into (3) groups... subterranean, dry-wood and wet-wood. I did not know that. He was very thorough and knew what he was looking for, inside and out.
I asked Jamaal how he liked his job, and he told me he has a good shot at being CEO next year!.....well, maybe he didn't use those exact words but I knew what he was saying. He was very pleasant and told me everything he was doing, as I followed him around the entire house like a puppy looking for a treat.... To sum up this review in two words..........
"He's a Keeper"
