I pay most of my bills online. This is the second time I am using your NEW site to pay my bill. It takes me 20 minutes! There is definitely something wrong with your site. It won't let me put in my name, address, amount or anything else on the payment window....same as last time. Then all of a sudden it says that I paid even though I haven't entered any of the information that is requested. The last four numbers show of my Discover but that's all for the entire window. I can't be the only one having trouble with your payment site! YIKES!!! The rating I am giving you is for the website only.
