I would not recommend this pest control company. They were hired to determine if there was extensive termite damage in a home my husband and I were in the process of purchasing. Jim performed the inspection and noted there was only minimal termite damage. (We have the report) Based off the information given to us we decided to move forward with the house. The next step was to get a home inspector out which cost $500+. The Home inspector later found that there was server termite damage that the pest inspection should have revealed. After calling Jim and the Owner of F&W, they were very rude and unprofessional. F&W charged $125 for useless information and in the end put us out of hundreds of dollars.
