They set the appointment for one of my chosen days. A day before they sent an email with the name and picture of the tech that would show up.

The appointment was between 1 and 5. He called me at 1.30 , stating that he'd be there in 30 min. Which he did.

He sprayed the area yesterday and it seems to help with the mosquitos.
