WE appreciate your work today. You arrived on time and took your time to check the house. You also took the time to talk with my husband and review what you were going to do . THen when you were done you took more time to explain all that you did and even told him that our plastic under the house in crawl space is torn in many areas and not in good shape anymore at all. We appreciated that so much. Our house is getting old and since my husband can no longer crawl into that space much anymore due to health issues it meant even more to us. I appreciate that you will be sending us your estimate to replace the plastic. It is in his nature to want to do it himself. That is Jeff for sure. But I have already told him he cannot do the work this time. Most of my reasons he cannot do it or at least should not do it is health related issues with him. SO I am doing my best to agree to let your Terminix man do it. THe cost also does bother him a lot as we are on a tight budget since my health issues took me out of the work place permanently. So we are looking forward to your estimate soon. Thanks again for the fine work you did today as well. YOu said not too many roaches/water bugs but in my mind any amount of roaches are too many and looking forard to getting the work done and BYE BYE Roaches.
