BEYOND disappointing!! This is, by far, the worst service experience I've ever had. I left a terrible review on 05Apr22 (not pasting it here due to characters allowance), after calling CS and not getting even a "so sorry to see you go". Once the review went up, I got a call from the supposedly "regional manager" Joey (or Joe). The guy begged me to give them a 2nd chance and allow him to personally treat my lawn and bring it back to blooming condition. For some mysterious reason, I was naïve enough to accept. Joey also offered to "treat my lawn at no charge" for 3 months (after 7 months doing the opposite -- "charge for no treatment"). I had already asked them to cancel my service and not to charge my card again, but I decided to give it a try. Joey came the 1st couple of months and apparently he was working hard on my lawn. I know nothing about the topic, so I can't say. After that a noticed that other techs started to show-up. None of them had any answer to any of the questions I would ask. As months passed by (summer) I never got to see a definitive boost on my lawn condition. Joey stopped coming and was hard to reach by text.
A few weeks ago, while reviewing my card statement I discovered that I was being charged again by Pestbear for the last 4 months. The most outrageous part is that they never notified me about re-starting charges. I CANCELLED service in April, so the least I would expect from a serious company is a call, asking if I was satisfied with the recent services, the RESULTS, and if I wanted to resume regular service at regular charges. This never happened, my lawn is same or even worse than when they started "treating" it, completely infested with all kinds of weeds and again, the worst in the hood. I normally don't write reviews (good or bad). Too lazy to do that. But I feel I have to share this to prevent others from falling for this low quality company. They will take your $$ and deliver nothing. Not sure how to fix my lawn now :(.
