We have been using Pest Bear for around one year. The lawn I turned over to them was almost pristine. However I told your rep that my lawn was subject to bouts of brown patch and would require special treatment. I was told that it was no problem.
As of today, my lawn is one of the most ugly lawns on my street, with numerous severe bald patches that continue to grow. The deplorable condition of my lawn falls solely on the poor service Pest Bear has provided. The chemicals Pest Bear used are ineffective. But, they continue to use them. Over the last 6 months, I have given the names of two effective chemicals that work, that are a little more expensive, to the technician and the manager. I have even offered to pay more each month to have them applied. However, I have yet to get any actual corrective action from anyone at Pest Bear. And they continue to use Tri-Meth that DOES NOT WORK ON MY LAWN. Meanwhile my yard continues to decline.
In addition, my lawn also has weeds. All of this is due to the lack of effective customer service from Pest Bear. Everyone at Pest Bear that I have talked to, in the last year, tell me that they want to help, but just about ignore me and do NOTHING to resolve the problems. Communications within the Pest Bear organization are terrible as no one seems to have knowledge of anyone else in their organization.
I just want Pest Bear to provide the effective service, as promised by their sales person, that gives me nice lawn that is acceptable for my neighborhood.
