Very friendly technicians. They seem quite knowledgeable. The 1st spray didn’t resolve the issue so they came back & resprayed. We still find 1 or 2 cockroaches every few days, but it’s definitely better than it was. Hopefully they will gradually disappear. The company seems more than willing to please the customer.
