I have been using Pest bear since they came into our area . When you have a good service tech life is good . The problem is the techs change far too often . Retention of good employees can be the life or death of a business . Turn over can result in costly training and loss of client base. Higher pay for the skilled techs can be the magic to keeping them longer.
On another note: My lawn is still horribly full of weeds and is a far cry from it's beauty when you started to service the lawn. It used to bring you many new clients from the neighborhood as they walked pass the lawn and asked " who takes care of your lawn? It is fantastic." Those questions no longer come up. Please have someone take a look at it for themselves. I have made numerous attempts to have it taken care of without any results .
