I really wanted the Arkadia team to fix my cave cricket issue. Paid +500 at the time of the first visit. 2.5 weeks later the team came out again, b/c the cave crickets did not leave. I guess I will need to call them again in this 90 period. Just wish they could resolve without talking to me about a annual contract when the issue hasn't been taken care of in the firt place. ... hoping they can help resolve.
