It was a pleasure working with Lenny. He was very thorough, took his time to explain everything, listened intently, was patient and just a nice person. Also, John who came to exterminate was very kind, worked with integrity which is rare to find these day's and explained everything. Customer service was also very pleasant. All in all great experience with Kilter Termite and Pest Control.
