My husband and I found them nothing short of professional every step of the way and so far are very happy with their work and service. From the first inspection, through f/u and bait installation, exclusion work, attic and crawl space clean out and installation of new insulation in both spaces and, finally, placement of outside baits as part of a recommended follow-up service, my husband and I were impressed with every person we encountered throughout this process. Pictures were provided to support their recommendations for remediation and detailed explanations were given for what to expect and how to prepare for their work. Each crew was timely, put protection in place to prevent damage to our home in all areas they impacted and left all areas they worked in as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. Every person, from the receptionist on the first call to the last person out our door was courteous and friendly. We will definitely use them again if the need arises and would recommend this company to people needing similar services.
