We had a bad outlet. We left a service request on the website in the morning, received a call within an hour, and they were able to come out the same afternoon. They took the time to trace the source of the problem (which ended up being 3 outlets) and fixed everything in the same visit. The technicians who came were very nice and professional and did a great job explaining what the issue was in a manner that was very understandable for a non-electrician! This is the 2nd time we've used David Williams Electric and we've received great service both times and wouldn't think of anyone else to call again.
