The inspection was preformed and some minor infestation was found.(2 rafter tails and one area on a deck rail,) As this was a inspection for a VA Refinance repair will have to be made. I felt that the cost to make the repairs was very high. Because they must be made I felt that I was taken advantage of the situation.
