I reached out to Presidio for help with our bed bug situation. I tried to handle it on my own, but they seemed to be multiplying by the minute!! I was completely stressed and sleep deprived. We had stayed in a motel and didnt know too much about them. They followed us home in our stuff. When I called Bobby at Presidio he was so nice and helpful. We scheduled a meet and greet. They explained everything patiently and followed up after exterminating. Jim followed up 3 times so far. They have all been so professional and really patient and understanding with us. I recommend Presidio to everyone very highly.
