When Art, the technician, arrived he was prepared to begin immediately. First we walked the exterior of the property and garage. After that we proceeded into the house, kitchen specifically, and Art checked each area of the first floor.
Art told me he had been to this property many times in his 21 years with Bio-Tech. He was familiar which made his job much easier, looking for "weak" spots or possible problem areas.
