Minor detail; 1. I wrote a letter requesting a replacement cover for one of my termite bait stations. 2. Got no results so called the office. 3. I asked the second service tech when doing work here yesterday. He did not have one on the truck but said he!d make a note for the next tech coming in this direction to bring one. If he doesn’t, what do I do next ?
