Employees were friendly and did what they said they would do, although I felt like they were trying to push toward things I had decided to not do. Expensive, but there's not a lot of options for bat control, so seems like they can charge what the want. Also, from comment made by one of the employees, they reuse things and when I asked for him to leave it in, he said he couldn't do that. Hopefully I won't have any more issues. If I do, I may look harder to find another option.
