Awful. Set up an appointment, they didn"t show up, i messaged them to ask when they were coming, I stayed home off work all Friday afternoon waiting. No show, no explanation. Just awful. Terminix Ottawa, if there is a rank below 0 I would give it and I swear on my life this is true, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
