If I could give this company a zero star I would. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They do not respect your wishes of making an appointment and will randomly and repeatedly show up unannounced to your home. The owner of the company is such a rude, dishonest, and foul human being. The manager of the company and owner of the company argued with myself about events that did not happen, and I offered to provide proof to them, in which they did not want.
We contacted them in May for pest control services. Long story short we ended up calling them 4 times to come back because they did not provide the services they said they would, and we still had the same problem as before. I stated I was not happy with the services. I stated when we signed up that we needed the services to be by appointments only, and they agreed. Well, at the beginning of September they randomly showed up at our house. I told the technician that we had to have an appointment, in which he called someone on his phone and we made an appointment. A week before the appointment, we had some things come up financially in which I called to cancel the appointment. I stated to the manager on the phone that I would call back in a few weeks to reschedule once things settled. He said ok and I thought that was that. Well, today September 28th, that same manager I spoke with showed up randomly at my house and stated he was there for our quarterly services. I stated no we do not have an appointment and I stated that I told him I was going to call back in a few weeks and have not yet. He stood on my property, yelling and telling me I'm a liar! I, then asked him to leave my property. I asked for his managers name, and he stated he was the manager. I then asked for who he answered to contact information, and he said it would be the owner. He gave me his contact info. After he left, I contacted him, in which he was EXTREMELY rude and dishonest. I explained how we were unhappy with the services AGAIN and the customer service we have been receiving! He refused to do as their website states, "100% money back guaranteed, if not satisfied" and hung up on me.

I would highly, highly recommend NOT dealing with this company! I do not know how the "owner" even still has a business with the way he speaks to his customers the way he did!
