Was initially pleased with customer service/communication with our first technician but the new technician comes out and enters our backyard without scheduling/notice and doesn't ask what areas we need covered (we need our garage sprayed each time but he shows up when we're not home). Very disappointed in the poor communication and will not renew contract if this continues.
