The work you did was very good, but somewhat overpriced. Your estimating technician always tries to 'up-sell' everything (I have had previous experience with another house I own). I had roaches. Your estimator practically wanted to rebuild the house. You need to be more focused on taking care of the customer's need than selling all of your 'services'.
