I interacted with Ralph (mgr) and Ken (sales), both were very pleasant, down to earth and efficient. The price was reasonable and service was timely and thorough. Ralph was very knowledgeable and experienced. The two technicians who came to my home were friendly. It was pouring rain during their scheduled visit time. They waited for the rain to stop. Despite it was kind of late in the evening, they finished their job. I praise their professionalism.
