Had rats in the attic. Jeb came and set traps in the attic and then sealed off their entrance to the attic. He continued with the attic traps to be sure no rats were left there. Now he comes around with bait stations outside to thin the rat population in my yard. Since Jeb sealed off the attic, we have had no rats in the attic. These guys have a system and it works. I recommend them.
