I've had a terrible on-going problem with gopher or pack rats burrowing holes in my front and back yard. Every time I call the company to report a new hole, someone is here within a few days to treat it. Also, I recently had a termite problem and that was also taken care of separately for a very reasonable price. Because this was an unexpected expense, they allowed me to pay in two payments. I really appreciate that kindness.
