Technician knocked on door to let us know he was going to spray around the house before starting his work. We asked if he could also come in to spray around dining and kitchen area because the last treatment about 30 days earlier didn't kill the ants. Technician said no problem and sprayed around baseboards before he left. Technician was professional and easy to communicate with.
