The technician is fine but scheduling was not ideal. There wasn't much flexibility and at one point, the rescheduled appointment was entered incorrectly so that the original appointment was still showing as valid. Luckily that got corrected when I rescheduled a second time but if I hadn't it would have been annoying for all.
