Terrible service. I would give you zero stars. You had to make three visits, didn’t have your own ladder and all of the materials for the second visit all within a week of the initial visit and I still had tons of yellow jackets in my eaves and wall. In fact I think you made it worse! Your guys said they might need to cut through the wall even though there was no sign of yellow jackets other than hearing them. You charged me over $600!!! Each visit was about 15 minutes! What a rip off. I hired another local service who took care of the problem in one visit for $135!!!
