I was not as happy with the finished product as in the past. I just moved into the condo and there were a couple worn / dirty spots. Trevor tried but was not able to get them clean. It was a disappointment (not on his part he tried)
I wonder if it is because the truck mounted machine was not used as it was always used before in my town home.

The truck mounted equipment is more powerful than portable but some situations such as condos prohibits us using it. The portable is very adequate to do a good job but more important is the technician. Unfortunately worn carpet is difficult to clean with any equipment. Chuck
