A few months ago, I discovered I had bed bugs 3 days before I was set to move into a new apartment. Naturally, I was completely hysterical, couldn't eat, couldn't sleep. I called Ocon to come out and asses the situation for me.

John came to inspect, and made me feel so much better by letting me know the infestation wasn't that bad. I still left behind everything I owned and asked them to come back to my new place to make sure I hadn't taken any with me.

I was all set to pay $700 to have them exterminate, if for no reason other than my peace of mind. A different inspector came out to my new place (I can't remember his name) He saw no evidence of any bed bugs. He could have just taken my money, but his exact words to me were " I couldn't sleep at night knowing I took your money when I don't see a problem here"
I was pretty floored by that.

Because of that, I recommended them to my new landlord who manages a lot of properties and he started using them.

Any company that is that ethical has now gained a customer for life, and I make sure I recommend them to anyone I can!...
