IPM has been my pest control company for many years. I have never had any problems and if I see a bug (which I normally do not), but if I see a bug they come out immediately and take care of it.
Since my grandchildren have come along I have IPM treat my yard for fire ants every year. It is a once a year treatment and guaranteed for a full year. Fire ants gone all year!!! If I see any, they come right out and treat that area again.
I've never had a rude or unpleasant technician. I would highly recommend this company, and have to many friends and family.
