My first appointment was canceled due to rain, no thunder and lightning, just a shower. The rain had stopped when my appointmet time was. I got a call the morning of the appointment notifying me of the cancelation. I arranged and paid for someone to be at my home so I wouldn't miss work. If your policy is to cancel when it rains, look at the weather report and be thoughtful to people's time. The morning of people have taken time off work or made arrangements. Your profit is more important than your customers. Rescheduled appointment, technician came and could not advise me on how long to run water typically when there is new sod. They were there 5 minutes. Did not adjust sprinkler heads and left with some heads sticking up. Horrible service and experience.
