This was our first time using this company,as part of our home warranty program. I was impressed with their timeliness,and how professional both individuals were. The first technician came to review the issue and give the diagnosis. He explained the issue, and spoke with my husband on the phone to ensure he understood issue.
The second technician came after a speedy arrival of the part. He also showed me the work that was completed, and showed me the old part. He made sure I understood everything that was done, and reinforced that I should call if any problems occur. I was also VERY IMPRESSED, that I received a follow up phone call from the company to see if everything was working properly. THAT’S A FIRST!!
