We weren't at all pleased to get a recording this morning informing us that "due to unforeseen circumstances" our scheduled treatment was canceled and that you will be contacted informing you of the rescheduled appointment. Our appointment had been for 9:00 AM and the call came at 9:01. Happily, we received a call from a real person shortly afterwards re-scheduling for 1 PM. The new technician arrived on time, was polite, and did a thorough job of spraying inside and out. So we wound up being very satisified.
