I appreciate the fact that when there's been an issue which happens in every
service industry, your phone person listens and tries to provide people to
correct it. I was also recently impressed with the speed with which your trapper
succeeded in capturing 3 woodchucks in traps. Mike and his father dealt
with it daily and quickly in a live capture, which is what I requested. They
collected the 3 from one family and took them away together to a new park
location.
