JD Smith pest control tried to fix their mistakes. They fumigated the house successfully, which was the ultimate goal, however; in doing so broke a reclaimed water pipe that flooded the yard for three hours. They were able to repair the pipe, but patches of the grass were eroded with the flood. In addition to the flood, the fumigation machine that was in the house left a permanent rust colored stain on the tile. They sent a floor guy to clean it afterwards, but he was only able to lighten the stain. Their customer service was good, but I wish the cost of fumigating the house was reflected in the quality of overall service.
