Eric from Colonial Pest Control came on time, was friendly and informative, and explained everything he did. He also explained Colonial's warranty. Further, hefound some evidence of ant infiltration that I had not found. He only came two days ago, so I can't comment on effectiveness, but so far, so good, no sign of any more carpenter ants.
