The service is fine and so is Kanani. I enjoy that my home is bug free.

However, I'm noticing I have a lot of fire ants in my fruit trees and would like to discuss getting rid of those.

I would like to note that, according to my records, the technician came out on June 30, April 25, and Feb 21 before that. So that means he is coming every two months, which I object to. I asked him about this when he last showed up, and he said that, no, he is not early. I signed a contract that agreed to someone coming out every THREE months. I am NOT going to pay for six treatments each year. So I'm not happy about now having to wait until November for the next treatment, but I am going to have to insist that I will not pay for another service until November. Because I will only pay for 4 per year, unless otherwise appropriate. But I refuse to pay for 6 just because kalani feels like showing up every two months. Let's please get back on track, and then I need to insist that my treatments stay on the original schedule, or very close to it: November, February, May and August. Also, had Kanani not done that, I could have requested the fire ant treatment because SINCE he came, I've been able to be out in my yard tho see the scale of my fire ant issue. So his timing was really very bad for me, and I don't appreciate it.

I will be very happy with service if we can get the above issues resolved.

Also, on the receipt I received, it's not clear about an email address I can use to report this concern upon issuance. I looked for it, and there is only one blanket one, which is unclear as to who will receive it. So i did not use that email. I don't recall if there was a phone number. Your old billing was better, In that it had a different email.
