We have been a long time customer and have just taken service at our new home. We were very disappointed that we now have to have service every other month rather than quarterly like previous. The quarterly service was perfectly adequate for our needs and we think should be continued for us at our new house. We are contemplating switching service providers because of this. Every other month makes it quite expensive when it is unnecessary.
