This is third season using Franklin. Since using Franklin I've had no visible signs of insects, so the solution being used is working. As far as Mark, my Serviceman, I feel my relationship with Mark is personal, and trusting. I trust Mark that he is doing the treatment as well as the proper treatment relative to my environment and need. I also trust Mark for any recommendations for any problems he may be aware of during his visit, knowing that Marks recommendations would be in my best interest and of value.
