I have problems with both mice and wasps in my basement. I called Rose on Saturday morning and they sent someone out the same day. Chris was extremely polite and friendly. He set mouse traps, dusted an area where he saw wasp activity and did an inspection of the exterior of my house to see where the pests were entering. Chris came back the following Saturday to check (and empty) the traps and check for wasps again. He will be coming back again to seal off an area where he thinks mice are probably getting in. I would recommend this company.
