We still have many mice and black carpenter ants invading our home after 9 months of your service. The gentleman who most recently serviced our home was very informative, professional and friendly. Replaced all of the bait inside and out and answered all of my questions. The previous person who serviced our home in September however was not friendly or informative.We were hoping to have these pests completely eliminated by winter, which is what the salesperson told us, amongst other things, when we signed up in May, 2019. We wonèt be renewing this service once the final visit in March, 2020.Signed; Not Impressed.
