I am very disappointed in the company. I had a contractor come out on 3/14 to come out to my home to look at my hvac unit. The technician told me the manifold needed to be replaced and he would have to order the part which would take about 3 days. I then called the company on 3/21 to check the status on when it would be replaced and the technician said they have no way of ordering the part. As I already paid them $95 to come out as a service fee. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
