Initial visit with manager was good and he took his time explaining the services specially the installation of insulation; however, installation completed today was somewhat disappointing. Workers were 2+ hours late past the EAT window of 8-9a. I had to call the home office to verify they where gping to show up today. A mess was left in the parking area and bushes which were covered with the old insulation material. The walls going up to the 2nd floor were left with dirty smudges, as was the door to the attic. Items that were discussed during initial meeting were not followed through such as placing an edging around the inside of the opening to the attic to keep the insulation from spilling out from the attic when the door to the attic is removed.

Lance:
On the initial visit he took the initiative to mention and explain the 90 day zero interest payment plan; without the option of this payment plan I most likely would not had hired Home Paramount because of the cost to complete the work was a lot more than I had expected.

Today when he came to remove the insulation Lance was very polite and on time and took care to insure that he fully completed the job and left the area clean. He is very hard working and appeared to take pride in doing a good job.
