Karl visit my home for a free inspection because I heard scratching noises in my attic. I thought it was a squirrel because the noise was so loud. It turned out to be a roof rat 😳. Anyway karl was very pleasant and explain everything to me that I asked about and more. I signing a contract with Terminix to take care of everything, it was a bit pricey but well worth it! First Jason who also was very pleasant ,funny and informative came by to sit up traps. A week later I called because I heard the trap go off. Janson and Karl came to my rescue and removed it and laid down more traps I was so please because I couldn’t have done it. They are really some great guys that will look out for you, making sure you are happy with the service and always smiling. After that it was It was time for the Terminx Exclusion part, these guy were awesome they took out the old Installation and put new Installation, they made sure the job was done right. They covered the floors, furniture etc. and so friendly, polite and also informative. The same day (Bell Cow) who works with Terminix came out the same time to close any holes around the house Including the roof and attic’s, it was trucks everywhere they do my play. Same thing theses guys were also outstanding. I have to say this was money well spent, all Three teams were just great. They all told when they were finished and explained what they did and that if I had any problems just called. Well I saw one small thing and they came back the same day! Now that is some service.
