Technician arrived late due to vehicle issues. Although the job called out for two technicians, only one was sent, so the only part of the job done was the attic. I have yet to be called to reschedule to complete the exterior of the house. In addition, despite only a small portion of the job being completed, the full amount for the job was charged.
