Not completely happy. Every service the lawn guys just show up without scheduling an appointment which means if I happen to not be home my backyard doesn't get serviced since it's locked. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have come out I've asked them to call to schedule the next time but it still hasn't happened. For the pest sevice, I was expecting a call when it was time to schedule but no every contacted me to get anything scheduled. I called and the lady was just like, "oh yeah, you are due for service"....but yet I wasn't contacted for scheduling. Their communication is definitely lacking. And when the guy was going g door to door (maybe the issue) to get me to sign up with them, I was told when they come out that they would go around the house knocking down spider webs, etc. That never happens.
