I wasn't very happy with their service. It took a few calls before I even reached someone and never got a follow up when I left a message. I also tried emailing with no response. When I did finally get ahold of someone he did not explain much to me and couldn't come for four days after. I had a bat in my attic. I assumed he would go in the house and remove it or at least check for activity to see if there was any damage since I talked to him about it. All he did was put a one-way door and seal up some holes on my roof. For $1,000, it seems like a high cost for what little was done. Next time I will do it myself for that amount of money.
